PIRS ESL Parenting Programs are ESL classes for parents with a focus on parenting issues. Their children engage in children’s activities with qualified ECE  staff and child minders while their mothers learn the English words for love and learning that will help them to understand and adapt to Canadian parenting norms in their new communities.  Once in awhile these two classes join for Parent/Child activities where moms and kids get a chance to practice their new skills with each other in a safe and nurturing environment.

PIRS provides ESL Parenting Programs at three different locations:
