Our Community Navigators are here to give you one-on-one support and help you adjust to your new life in Canada. We’re compassionate professionals who are ready to connect you with the resources and services you need to thrive.

We speak English, French (Français), Spanish (Español), Cantonese (廣東話), Mandarin (普通話), Dari (فارسی دری), Farsi (فارسی), Pashto (پښتو), Arabic (اَلْعَرَبِيَّةُ), Ukrainian (Украї́нська мо́ва) and Russian (Русский язык) and are happy to support you in your preferred language.
Who it’s for
All immigrant and refugee women are welcome to use our One-On-One support, regardless of immigration status or English language skills.
