Leadership Education and Development (LEAD)
The LEAD program focuses on providing immigrant and refugee women with the skills to communicate efficiently, build confidence, and to get involved in the community in a meaningful and relevant way. Participants must have sufficient ESL skills (CLB 5) and feel ready to actively support or immerse in community life and perhaps explore employment opportunities.
