Overview
Our Employment Circles Workshops are free and designed to support women in building the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to successfully navigate and participate in the Canadian labour market. Delivered in English through staff-led online sessions, these interactive group workshops provide practical guidance and personalized support for employment readiness and career development.

Through our Employment Circles Workshops, participants receive support in:
- Understanding regulated occupations
Learn whether your desired occupation is regulated in Canada and how to connect with the appropriate regulatory bodies. - Resume, cover letter, and interview preparation
Improve job application materials, strengthen interview skills, and develop effective job search strategies tailored to the Canadian labour market. - Developing essential workplace skills
Build non-technical and non-academic skills such as communication, professionalism, teamwork, and workplace confidence. - Exploring entrepreneurship and business ownership
Gain foundational knowledge and guidance for those interested in starting a business or exploring self-employment opportunities. - Referrals to additional supports
Receive information and referrals to other relevant employment and community services to support your career goals.
