Our LEAD program:
Welcomes newcomer, immigrant and refugee women in various stages of the settlement who are interested to get involved in the community in a meaningful and relevant way, and feel ready to explore volunteering or employment opportunities in the near future
Requires lower Intermediate English (CLB 5/6) and an interest in self-development and community-based leadership
Provides capacity-building and leadership skill development opportunities, access to information and resources, as well as network-building
