FREE 15 week program October 5th, 2021 – February 1st, 2022

2 sessions per week* Tues & Thurs 12:30-2:30 PM  

PROGRAM TOPICS: 
Self-awareness: knowing your values, interests, strengths, and resilience 
Stress management and self-care 
Effective communication
Inclusive Leadership based on the principles of diversity, social justice, and harmony 
Developing meaningful connections with peers and mentors 
Work/Volunteer readiness and opportunities 

This program welcomes newcomer women with lower Intermediate English and an interest in self-development, community based leadership skills, and access to information and resources about job-readiness, higher education and training.
