PROGRAM TOPICS:
Self-awareness: knowing your values, interests,strengths, and resilience
Stress management and self-care
Effective communication
Inclusive Leadership based on the principles of diversity, social justice, and harmony
Developing meaningful connections with peers and mentors
Work/Volunteer readiness and opportunities
This program welcomes newcomer women with lower Intermediate English andan interest in self-development, community based leadership skills, and accessto information and resources about job-readiness, higher education and training.
*The program will run mostly online with a possibility of some sessionsto be in-person, depending on current health regulations.
