Our LEAD program:
Welcomes newcomer, immigrant and refugee women in various stages of thesettlement who are interested to get involved in the community in ameaningful and relevant way, and feel ready to explore volunteering oremployment opportunities in the near future
Requires lower Intermediate English (CLB 5/6) and an interest in self-development and community-based leadership
Provides capacity-building and leadership skill development opportunities,access to information and resources, as well as network-building
